Have either of you expressed your concerns with the construction company's handling of storm water running under the buildings due to the contractors negligence; not installing protective barriers, sump pumps, sand bags or proper drainage channels? 
If so can you put a summary of the approximate dates and times. I think I heard you mentioning your concerns from the very beginning.
